Cant Start OutlookXP in Poweruser Login

Hello,

I am having difficulties starting Outlook XP when i
login as a power user or standard user but if
administrator account it is ok,

Please help on this issue,

Login as Admin, rerun setup and set Office/Outlook for use by All Users.
