Can't turn off Out of Office in Outlook Express

I need to turn off the out of office response in Outlook Express. I've looked for the answer but can't find details about how to do this in Outlook Express. Any ideas? Thank you

I assume you are using rules - click on Tools, message
rules, mail, and "deselect" the check mark beside the Out
of Office rule you setup.

OE doesn't support out of office - it uses rules. Look in tools, message
rules to delete or disable the rule.
