can't type question mark, french E shows

In word the red french symbols, etc are only working. Don't know how to
switch keyboard back to the blue symbols. Can't type the question mark.

"Red" and "blue" isn't a Word thing.

You change keyboards in Vista with the Language Bar, which is the two-
letter icon near the lower right corner of your screen.
