Cant uninstall Office 2003

When I uninstall Office 2003 it doesnt actually uninstall. I removes
all office components but then it appears to set everything to run on
first use. If i restart the computer under All Programs all of the
office applications show up again and when I click on one it
reinstalls. After the restart I can go to Add/Remove Programs and
Office 2003 is still there but it does not have a file size after it
and the icon is a little differant. But once I use an Office app the
file size is back in Add/Remove programs. This will continue to happen
as often as I try to uninstall Office 2003. Any advice on how to get
rid of Office 2003 from this computer?
