CAPS LOCK IS BACKWARD

I MUST HAVE INADVERTANTLY HIT A KEY BECAUSE WHEN MY "CAPS
LOCK" KEY IS ON< I GET SMALL LETTERS AND WHEN IT IS OFF< I
GAT CAPITAL LETTERS> WHAT TO DO?

I"VE ALSO GOT A PROBLEM THAT WHEN I TRY TO GO BACK TO
CHANGE SOMETHING IN A WORD DOCUMENT< THE COMPUTER
HIGHLIGHTS AND DELETES THE TEXT AFTER THE WHERE I HAVE
CLICKED>

Sounds like a stuck (SHIFT) key to me. Clean it or replace it and see if it
still happens.

By the way; how is this Outlook related? Use the hardware forum instead.

If this is in a terminal services environment or VNC or any other remote
desktop type of technology, check the caps lock state at the console.
