I am sorry to say, but no. You will have to add your own text box to the
picture and group them together.

I just found Picture Captions in the Design Gallery Object off the objects
toolbar. It has a few different styles that do what I was looking for. I'll
see if this is easier than adding text boxes.

That should work fine. It's essentially the same thing. They grouped a text
box with picture.
