Carriage returns in forums; forum

I previously posted this to another group, but I think this group is more
appropriate.

When people enter multiple paragraphs of text into my FP forum, and often in
my FP forms, no carriage returns or paragraphs appear when it is posted.
It's just one large paragraph of text. Can this be fixed?
