Cascading enterprise custom fields

Hi All,

I have 2 custom fields namely:

1) Carrer Path

Software Engineering
Project Management

2) Position

Software Engineering
....Senior Engineer
....Engineer
....Junior Engineer

Project Management
.....Senior Manager
......Manager
.....Assistant Manager

Now, when a new resource is added, is it possible that when a user selects
"Carrer path" as "Software engineer" then AUTOMATICALLY in "Position" field
"Software Engineering" is selected?
