Case will not change. Word 2007.

OK so I type in HAPPY, highlight it, go to Home/Font/Aa/lowercase and...
it still is HAPPY but slightly smaller. Similarly all other case changes
ONLY alter sie slightly but do not change the case.

BUT today I did EXACTLY the same 'thing' as y'day and all OK - go figure.

To display the Font dialog box, you can press Ctrl+D or you can click the

If you have been working with different documents, the settings could be
different. Note also that "Small caps" or "All caps" can be stored in a
paragraph or character style in Word; the formatting isn't necessarily
applied directly to text (so-called direct formatting).
