Can I share a category list with others? If yes, how do I send it.

No; it is pesonal and kept in a registry key. So unless you both need the
except same list you can import/export the following registry key. Depending
on your version of Outlook it is kep here;
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Categories]

You can, but it means extracting and sending registry keys to the people you
want to share your categories, and the job gets more difficult if you're not
all using the same version of Outlook. An alternative is to use OLCat from
www.olcat.com, which does the same job but makes it much easier.
