Because they said Platinum I assumed it was an add-on purchase, not OEM. And
I'm the optimist - I figure it's worth a phone call to see if they have the
missing disk. If you don't call, you won't get it. If you call, you *might*.

It isn't.All support ended nearly a year ago (see
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?id=fh;[ln];lifeprodp). Besides,
if it came with their system...

and not an OEM version...maybe the following
