centered title w/ solid lines

I want to center a title on a word doc with solid lines on each side of the
title
ex.
---------------------------TITLE---------------------------------
I cant seem to figure this out

In your heading/title style, set a centered tab stop at the center of the
line and a right tab stop at the right margin. Give both tab stops an
underline leader. Press Tab once, type your title, press Tab again, then
Enter. Select one of the leaders and go to the Character Spacing tab of
Format Font. Set the position to Raised by whatever amount gives the desired
appearance. When you are satisfied with its appearance, select the other
leader and press F4 to repeat.
