i'm wondering how to go about centering a page content regardless of changes
made in size to a browswer window. I'm just a graphic designer trying to
figure this thing out, so go easy and laymen on me here....

Thanks for any help.

if using FrontPage, click EDIT and choose SELECT ALL, not click the button
on the tool bar that looks like

------
----
------
----

all bunched up, this will centre all the text that has been selected and
highlighted.

hope this helps.

One way is place all the content in a table with a fixed width, and
centring the table in table properties alignment.

Neither of these suggestions will work if you have used layers or any
absolutely positioned elements on the page, however.
