centering .. Margins?

I am trying to design a web site and am unable to center the web page. It
always seems justified to the left hand portion of the page????

From reading other post, it's not possible with the desk top publishing
program. Try FrontPage 2003 (final edition) Expression Web, or the free open
source Nvu http://www.nvu.com
