Certificate of Authenticity

Hi All:

I'm hoping someone can answer this because I'm getting the
run around!

How do you go about obtaining the Certificate of
Authenticity or a duplicate if the one you had was lost or
misplaced?

Any help would be appreciated!

Hey, Don! Thanks. I did in fact try contacting the
manufacturer of the compter for Microsoft Publisher, but
they told me to contact microsoft! And of course,
Microsoft told me to contact Gateway!

I'll try this, though and I'll keep you updated on my
progress!

Steph.

Gateway would tell you to contact Microsoft, as they don't know their
responsibilities.
Microsoft does not support OEM software. The contract and license Microsoft
has is with the OEM, and not with you. The OEM should be able to contact
Microsoft for support.
