change admin user with only havin a limited user

can anyone please tell me how to change users admin, as this puter only has a
limited acc with no administrator so i cant use all my programs and wont let
me change anything and just said i need a puter adminstrator. any help would
b very appreciated thanks dax

Look in the section called "Windows" and find the appropriate group for your
operating system.
I would also suggest that you post using standard English, with proper
capitalization, spelling and punctuation. These are technical help groups,
not comic strips.
