Change 'and' to '&' throughout a document

I'm using Windows XP. I prepare 3 to 12 page items for our Sunday School
Class which includes copying Bible Verses or Chapters. Upon completion I
would like to change the word 'and' throught the document to an ampersand '&'
to reduce the amount of ink & space when print the 3 to 15 copies.
