change background and logo color in office picture manager

I have a company logo in office picture manager. I would like to change the
line color from black to anopther color and I would also like to fill in the
background with a color other than white. All I can figure out is how to
change the tint and brightness, not to change the actual color or use a fill
option

Open the image in an Image Editor program, such as MS Paint. Picture
Manager is a "manager" application, and has only minimal editing
capabilities.
