I need to change a large file with 15 columns and 3200 rows from all UPPERCASE to Sentence Case in Excel. Thank you!

I don't mean to be picky, but it makes a distinct difference :)

The example you provided uses the term "sentence case" but the example
itself is in Proper/Title case, so the question remains as to which you
actually want:

Title Case, Where The First Letter Of Each Word Is Capitalized

or

Sentence case where only the first letter of the first word in the sentence
is capitalized.

If the former you can use the PROPER function to make the conversion. Then
copy the result & use Paste Special> Values to paste back replacing the
formulas.

If the latter, there is no built-in function to do so - PROPER, UPPER &
LOWER are all there is. Perhaps someone may have a magic formula that will
do it or perhaps a macro, but even if they do it won't do any good in 2008
with no VBA support.

You can do this with a formula. But, you'll need a formula for each cell. I
suggest starting with a new worksheet. The in cell a1, enter =proper( then
click on the original worksheet cell a1 and then press enter. Then fill this
formula across and down as needed. Now you have a worksheet with all proper
text. Click on the diamond at the intersection of the row and column headers
to select all cells. Choose edit Copy, then edit paste special and select
values. This will get rid of the formulas and leave the text.
