Change Exchange Server name in multi user on a PC.

Just setup a new exchange server. Is there a way to change the name of the
server on a computer that will change it for all that log into that
computer?

Leave the old Exchange Server up and running. The first time a user logs in
after you've moved his mailbox from the old server to the new server,
Outlook will automagically find the new server and reset his account details
to it. When all mailboxes have been moved and all users have logged into
the new server, you can remove the old server.
