Change Font Size - Received Messages - Outlook 2007

Outlook 2007: Can someone tell me how to permanently change (increase) the
font size on messages that have been received (besides changing the monitor
display characteristics)? I'm using HTML and do not want to use plain text.

I would like the received messages to be displayed in a larger font for
easier
reading.
