Change from Outlook Express to Outlook

I recently installed Outlook, but am still getting email through Outlook
Express. I am now ready to have all email go through Outlook. How do I make
the change?

Either stop opening OE, or merely remove the e-mail account you set up in
there.

change the default e-mail application
