Change newsletter from 8.5 x 11 format to 11 x 17

I do an 8 page newsletter, 8.5 x 11, 2 sided. i.e. I finish with 4, double
sided pages stapled together.
Post office wants me to switch to 11 x 17 paper. Final product shpould have
2 sheets of this paper folded which gives me the same 8 pages.
Master Page does not seem set up to handle this, e.g. page number.
first sheet should have page 1 and page 8 on one side and page 3 and 6 on
the other.

What version Publisher? If you are using 2007 it maybe different.

Generally, Page setup, booklet, specify width 8.5, height 11. You will have to
tell your printer driver 11x17 first. You can do this with your newsletter open.
Publisher will adjust the newsletter correctly.
