Publisher 2002 (11 x 17)?

I am developing a newsletter that will consist of 2 sheets of 11 x
17", folded once to make a 8.5 x 11 finished product. Publisher 2002
does not have a paper size setting for 11 x 17, though. Does anybody
know of a workaround or patch for this problem?

Publisher depends on your printer driver. If you setup your printer for tabloid
(11 x 17) landscape, the page setup will go along. Can your printer handle this
size stock? If your printer cannot handle this size, download a driver that can.
You don't need the physical printer. Or use a PDF converter. There are free PDF
converters available. www.primopdf.com has been recommended here.

You will need to setup your document as a booklet.

Thanks Mary. I use a commercial printer to run off the 550 booklets.
Pub 2002 does not seem to have 11x17 paper size as an option, but has
every other size but that. My system printer cannot handle 11" stock,
anyway. I will try to d/l from primopdf.com as you suggested and will
let you know what happens. Many thanks, Jim
