change password???

I am trying to change my password but I can not figure
out how to do it. The help menu talks about changing it
but it doesn't work. PLEASE HELP!!!

Changing the password of your pst-file? Go to the main folder of the
pst-file (probably Outlook Today) rightclick it and choose Properties. Here
press the button Advanced... and then you can change your password by
pressing Change Password...
