Change Request form

Is there any sort of change request form in project server 2003. I haven't
seen anything resembling one but my boss heard that there might be.

In the future, please post your Project Server questions to the
microsoft.public.project.server newsgroup, as this newsgroup is devoted to
the Microsoft Project desktop application only. To answer your question,
no, there is no change request form of any kind available by default in
Project Server 2003. You will need to create your own CRF according to your
company's change control methodologies. Hope this helps.
