At normal mode. When I try to send email by using contact list.
I like to see the company name show up first such as I typing company name
and it will go there instead of firt and last name.
I remember there is one place to change the setting, but I forgot where!

You answered neither of my questions.
There are countless possibilities for "contact list." Which view do you
mean?
Outlook 2000 came in two modes. Corp/Workgroup and Internet Mail Only. State
yours.

Got it.
Now we're halfway home.
Still need to know to which view you are referring. I'm having trouble
reading minds today.

When I go to contact, I am sure that I have compnay name information in the
field.
When I try to send email to customer, I like to enter company name istead of
first or last name from the TO field.
