Change Tasks Back to RTF Format?

If I create a task in Outlook, synch my palm Treo to Outlook, change
the task on the Treo and then synch back to Outlook, the task no longer
appears in RTF format. Is there any way to take this plain text task
and turn it back into RTF, even if I have to reformat it?
