Change the Default Working Folder

How do I change the "default working folder" in Publisher 2007? The default
"default working folder" is My Documents and I would like to use a different
one.

You don't... Hopefully this will be addressed in a future service pack. You can
place a default address in "My Places", it is an extra click. If you have Vista,
drag the preferred folder to Favorite Links.
