Change the label "User Field 1"

Hi,
Can the 'User Fields' label, in the contact fields, be changed to something
more meaningful to me.
For example: 'User Field 1' being changed to 'Producer Code' So when I
import from Access I will see 'Producer Code' as a field and not 'User Field
1'.
