Change the way the time is shown when changes are tracked (Word)?

How can I change the way the time is shown when changes are tracked? I want
to have the time displayed for any changes to be in 24 h instead of 12 h
only. (The date is fine.) The settings on my computer are already HH and
every other programme seems to use the 24 hours mode already. Thanx for any
support!!!
