change wording when "no document found"

My page is in Spanish. I included the option to search the site. But when no
document is found, my Spanish readers see: "No documents found. Please try
again." Where do I go to change this wording to wording my Spanish users will
understand? I see no place to modify default responses like this one. Please
help.

If using FP search, you can't
You would have to Request the host to install the FP SE w/ your language
