Changing Case

K

Ken Cunha

I occassionally rest my finger on the shift key while in
Word, and after 8 seconds, I get a message that this
causes Filter Keys to be turned off. No matter how I
respond to this message, it changes my text to uppercase,
and I cannot get back to sentence case without rebooting
my computer. How do I correct this?
Thanks,
Ken Cunha
