changing english to spanish in letters

How can I write a letter in english and then translate it to spanish so I can
send it to someone who only speaks and reads spanish. I have heard that I
can write the leter in english and with the touch of a button it will change
to spanish. Is this true and where can I find this at.

not in Microsoft Office, and if such a tool would exist, it would be highly
full of translation errors.

Word 2003 has a translation tool on the Research Task Pane. Select the
text, hold Alt and click the selection.

As Gyorgy pointed out, even though the translation tool links to
WorldLingo, typically the end result is full of translation errors.
