changing forms for outlook 2003

Hi,

We have a system that has a custom form for Outlook 2003.
However, some forms are using it, while some are not. How
do I change those forms to use the new forms. I know in
2000 they had a file called changeforms.exe to do this.
Is there any other way to do this with Office 2003??
