Changing "From" address in Outlook

I have two separate e-mail accounts with two separate
ID's. Both feed to Outlook. Currently, whenever I send
out an e-mail it always picks up the same "from ID" (even
when I send it using the internet connection that is
linked with the other ID. The ID it uses is the oldest
one. I want to change it to always use the other "From
ID".

Does anyone know how I do that?

Please explain what you mean more clearly.
You did not provide your Outlook version.
What do you mean by "two separate ID's?"
What do you mean by "both feed to Outlook?"
You need to know that your From field does not determine you sending
account.
