Changing identities

I'm new to Outlook, having always used Outlook Express. I
took over a position and need to change the settings to
reflect that the message is from me and not the previous
employee. Her name still shows up in the "from" field.
I've made some changes, but apparently not the right
ones. Can anyone help? Thanks!
