Changing location of attachments

I know how to make the attachment be in the body of the
email or appear right below the subject. A friend of mine
has them located below a line at the end of the email, I
think she has it set up in HTML format, so it should be
located below the subject but it's not. How can we get it
to change? If this makes sense let me know. Thanks.

In your message, click on the Format menu, and then click on Plain Text. That will put all attachments under a line that separates it from the body of the text. Then, when you use Insert File, make sure you click on the drop down menu and click on Insert As Attachment

This should do it for you. Works for me.
