Changing Outlook from POP3 to IMAP

Please could I get the correct advice on how to change my
Outlook Express mail from POP3 to IMAP.

Have you asked whomever that supplies you with a e-mail address if they
support an IMAP connection for mail? The answer is yes they do support
IMAP, then you need to add a new account to Outlook Express (see Tools |
Accounts). Once done you can decided whether or not you wish to remove your
POP3 account.
