Changing Outlooks Look

1. I want to change the way the day look looks. I want to divide it into 5
columns, and give each column a heading.
Is this possible?
2. If I add an appointment to the same day i.e.
I have an appointment from 8am to 12pm then another at 1pm to 5pm, the
second appoinment shows up next to the first, I want to set it up to showup
under the first.
Is this possilbe?

Any direction on these topics would be helpful,

It is not possible as the views are hard-coded. If you use the Customize
Current View option, you can see if any other view will suit your
requirements.
