Changing page layout & not having the option to do it.

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: intel

I just bought Microsoft office for my mac & I am having a hard time formatting my page because my options are not all showing up. My specific problem right now is that i am trying to change my page to landscape & I can't because when I go to Format & then to Document it gives me no option except for Margins & Layout & the options there are limited. The answer is probably right under my nose but for the last 3 hours I have not been able to find it. Please help...

Page Orientation isn't actually a Document Format setting, it's a Page Setup
option... Click the Page Setup button in that dialog or just go to File>
Page Setup.
