Changing page print order

Hi,

I have a multipage document that prints to PDF for print (using
pdffactory and/or Adobe Distiller). It prints pages 1 & 16, 2 & 15, 3 &
14 etc.

But now I want the same document as a downloadable PDF for offline
viewing, so I need it to print in page order, eg. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 .. 16.

How can I do this?

Change the PDF paper size to half the current PDF paper size, and change
the Page Setup to Full Page.

Change the page setup within Acrobat to letter, Publisher should default to this
size. I assume you have setup your original publication to booklet.
