Changing paper size & orientation for all sheets

Excel 12.2.0 (or 11.5.5)
MacBook Pro 10.5.8

Is there an easy way to set the paper size and orienation for all
worksheets in a workbook?

I've tried selecting all the sheets, choosing page setup-options to set
the paper size, but it doesn't change the paper size on any but the
first sheet selected.

I found a VBA macro that I ran in Excel 04, but that just set the
orienation, didn't affect the paper size.
