Changing shape or outline of shapes in org charts

I am using the Wire Frame diagram design when working on an organizational
chart in PowerPoint. I want lines around the outside of the boxes of the
lower level employees (just like the higher levels). When I click on Format,
Autoshape, everything is dimmed and it will not let me change anything. Is
there a way to add these lines without having to add an autoshape over the
top of each name?

Right-click the Org Chart and deselect "use autoformat." The formatting
tools should be available then.
