Changing the name of the "Personal Folders" collection

By mistake, while testing a piece of code, I erroneously ended up
renaming the Personal Folders collection to "Foo Group". I want to
rename it back. But when I click the "Properties for Foo Group" menu,
it won't let me change the name of the folder group. I believe the name
is read-only.

Don't ask me how I changed the name, by error. I was trying to do
something else and it just happened as an unwanted side-effect.

If you click the Advanced button in that dialog you can change the name
