Changing the number of days in a week

Cecilia

Hi,

I am creating a timeline using Microsoft Project 2000. I have two tasks on
my timeline and I want "Task #2" to start 200 days after "Task 1". I
double-clicked on "Task 2" and selected the "Predecessors" tab, I picked
"Task 1" to be the predecessor and input a lag of 200 days. It seems that the
program is only counting "business days" because the date it assigns to Task
2 is far beyond the 200 days. I want weekends to be counted in the 200 days.
How do I fix this?

Thanks!

Enter the Lag value as "200ed" instead of "200d". The "ed" portion of the
Lag value represents elapsed (calendar) days rather than working days. Hope
this helps.

See my previous post "calendar durations (again)" where I had the same problem.
