changing who from

I have 3 addresses from the same server... My question is How do I change sent from with out changeing the default ? If I need to remove the default, How do I do it ?

What kind of e-mail account(s) do you use? POP, IMAP, Exchange ? Also, what
version (& mode if applicable) of Outlook? (Help | about)

Sorry, i should have put that info in my original post.
they are POP accounts,"Outlook 2002" (10.2627.2625)
I can do a "test account settings" and get e-mail on 2 of the addresses but not the 3rd. ( think I blocked it because of the spam I was reciveing ) Now I cant find how to turn it back on...

OK.. when I right click on a e-mail I can "create rule" and I delete the spam I get ....I also started to "permanently deleate" some of these messages( I dont know if I "permanently deleate" my own address or not... I cant find where those addresses are..
