Chapter Heading

I want to create a chapter heading that should look like this:

Line 1: Chapter 1
Line 2: INTRODUCTION

In TOC this should appear as:

Chapter 1
INTRODUCTION........................................................................3

How can this be done.

Ila,

I can give you one option that gets you partway there: use a Shift-Enter
(line break) instead of Enter (paragraph break) between the lines. Then
they are part of the same paragraph. You will see something like:

Chapter 1
INTRODUCTION.........................................................3

Not on separate lines, but you will get both pieces of information
associated with a page number.
