How do you choose the colour which is displayed when you
select "Invert if negative" as an option?

Philip,

It seems to me that powerpoint will make the object white on a white
background and black on a black background.

Perhaps it's easier to turn off the "invert if neg" option. And click the
object once to select that series, then double click it again to edit *just
that object*. Then you can color it what color you like!
