Chart in PPT- Columns don't print as shown in slide show

When I create a column chart, the columns do not print as displayed in the
slide show. After adjusting the format and closing gap to 0% between columns,
I still get gray lines in between the columns instead of solid gray columns.
Has there been an update to control for this problem in this application? I
have exhausted all the formatting options and nothing seems to close the gaps
between the columns. They don't look solid, they print faded and with white
lines in between.

JVILA,
Try changing this setting in PPT Tools + Options and on the Print Tab
check the box to Print Objects at Printer resolution. PPT uses the
Printer driver for a lot of the information it uses for displaying.
Yes, as wierd as it sounds, it does. Let us know if this fixes it for
you.
